Romalpha clause: By accepting this quotation, the customer agrees that Gold Class Blinds shall retain title in the supplied goods until such time as payment is received in full. Prices are valid for 30 days. A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THIS ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED. By accepting this quotation, it is understood that the order cannot be cancelled once place with the factory, and full settlement will be required. You are responsible for the removal of any existing window treatments; if we need to complete this, an additional charge will apply. P.O.A It is understood that the installation dates given at the time of accepting an order are approximate. All blinds are made square and no responsibility can be taken for out of square joinery. In the event of this account being placed with a collection agency, all collection fees and disbursements shall be the responsibility of the customer. All blinds are covered by a 24 month materials and workmanship warranty.
